Why am I throwing my story out?
The Lord has instructed me to because He said
there are people who need to know that no MATTER WHAT LIFE THROWS AT THEM , KNOW FOR SURE THAT THERE IS HOPE.
I REMEMBER:
God had constantly made me know His plans for my life from the age of 14. No one had to tell me before I knew but everything all my Pastors said we’re all a confirmation of what God had said.
1995: My Pst in Ibadan while praying during an all night service for me said ,’ you will go through a lot in life but God will use you to be a blessing to many.’ Honestly, at that point I was already going thru a lot but I never, ever knew that more was coming.
2000: My Pst in Lagos called me and said, ‘ I do not know how great this call is, but the devil is angry with you.’
I was like haa but what have I done?
But the devil had been trying for years ( there were a lot of attacks)
2002: We had a guest minister who came to minister in our church in Lagos then, he singled me out and said, Pst B, because of God’s great call on your life the devil has planted a man for you to marry in other to divert the call, BECAREFUL WHO YOU MARRY!!!!!!
That was actually the third warning!!!
Now did I know that I had a call ? Yes I did.
Did I know that the devil will try?
Yes I did but to what extent I did not know.
But you see, God will always be God and no matter what detour we have in life, He has a way of recalculating, rerouting, redirecting and REDEFINING.
There is a prayer room that we run and I REMEMBER one of the ladies called me and said, PST B , I see you ministering the word of God to nations, your ministry is beyond this.
My response was: I know, when the right time comes, God by Himself will open the door.
Another sister said, Pst B, as I was praying for you, I saw a flower in a flower verse grew to become a big tree with radiant, flowers, very fresh, interesting and attractive too.
My response: God will bring it to pass at the right time.
Now what am I driving at to us this morning?
It does not matter how much the devil plans, the thoughts of God for you are of good and not of evil. He will take you to that expected end.
For some of us who are thinking that we have lost everything, and we are thinking; can I ever regain my lost identity? Can I ever regain my lost years?
I want to encourage you today that as long as you do not lose focus and your trust in your Maker, He will make His promises good.
