Youth empowerment is important. If youths are not empowered the society will be in danger. Youths are the most active group demographically, and they are the bedrock of the society and most active academically, socially, economically, politically and physically. They play a major role in the growth of the economy. If youths are not empowered they will use their time in unproductive ways. It is vital to ensure that youths are supported, guided and helped as they transition into adulthood.

The TEY program will focus on the following areas: Life skills, problem-solving skills,  goal setting, mentoring, character building, and leadership skills.We want to help them believe in themselves and also equip them with skills to be able to problem solve and importantly ensure that they are confident enough to face the changing world.

Our goal is to empower youth to make positive changes in their lives and community they live in.
