My experience and knowledge of Pastor Bola could fill a book but I will try and do a summary. I have known this amiable God-fearing woman of God for a little close to 20 years. What was an initial casual introduction through her younger sister, Lamide, would turn out to be a blessing to both of us, our families and to the body of Christ. After that introductory meeting at my home, Pastor Bola was led of God to be a part of the new ministry we pioneered. At a time when young university graduates like her were only eager to be part of established church families, this woman joined herself to the call of God upon my life at that very crucial moment. Very courageous! This was a church that started meeting at the home of a member in a corner of Lagos that could be regarded as a semi-slum. It is certainly no surprise today that she has pioneered a ministry.
Before and after her ordination into ministry, Pastor Bola served at several periods as Worship Team leader, Church accountant and associate minister at Paradise Christian Centre. All these roles and sundry duties were carried out with rapt dedication befitting a believer. Pastor Bola loves her Lord Jesus Christ with the whole of her heart and she would go to any length within scriptures to show it. Her dedication was contagious! She is a worshiper and woman of God with integrity who loves to help and support the hurting and needy, putting aside her own personal needs.
Today, as the Lord has found her useful once again in North America, I know that she will magnify and make good her calling. Of this, I am sure!
