Allow the Lord take you out from where you are. Do not be fixed in your own ways and understanding. Abram’s ( before his name change) mind was fixed on God providing him only just one but God had a greater plan for him.
Abram at that point in his life had his mind fixed on the natural one child that God promised him, but he had no idea that if he could come out of his tent and follow God’s plan, his one would become multitudes.
God wanted Abram to begin to see the way He sees, Abram was looking at one heir and God was looking at the man who would be lifted from exalted father to the father of many nations.
Some of us have dwelt on the old things of life for too long that we don’t realize when God is about to make a shift. We are just focused on our own ways and thoughts that we don’t understand that God is about to do a new thing.
The spiritual controls the natural, and the natural is limited by sight. It’s about time we take that step out and begin to look at things the way God wants us to look at them!!
Come out, look and count!!! Again I tell you , there is much more!
Do not be lost in someone else’s purpose::
I usually watch Sith Rod’s tv show tagged “ it is supernatural.”
This last one that I watched was very close to home indeed. The guest was Tommy Reid who talked about serving along side Paul Yonggi Cho ( the Pastor with the largest church in the world), when the church was growing rapidly Pst Paul told him to join the team permanently but Reid declined saying the vision God gave him didn’t look like it would take place in Hong Kong. Then and then he left and came back to the United States to pursue what God has called him to do. The rest is history.
Now for some people, you have been called to be Aaron’s for others
For some , you have been called to be Hur’s for others.
For some, your purpose will be interwoven into someone else’s.
But in being Aaron’s and Hurs discover yourself too and who God has called you to be .
But for some, you may be entirely called out to do something separate or different. When He calls you out, never be afraid to step out in faith. We have examples of our fathers in faith like Abraham, Jacob and other that God called out from among their kindred to move to unknown destinations, and they yielded without fear or doubt.
It is good to be Aaron and Hurs but there is something specific God has called you to do too.
It may be within another people’s purpose and it may be without it.
Whatever way it is , pls ensure that you are fulfilling what God has called you to do.
CELEBRATE YOURSELF
I celebrate myself in all my victories, joy, ups, downs, disappointments and betrayals. I carry myself in honour and I wear my crown in dignity because I can confidently say that each stage all the way I have a Father who has constantly reminded me of whom I am and where I am going. It’s no wonder I am not moved. I AM GOD’S TREASURE!
